MTN = My Tortured Nerves
<p>Called MTN Direct to upgrade on 21st Dec. GREGORY advised that he could not guarantee handset would reach me by Christmas. Long story short, we are STILL waiting. Have made several follow up calls only to be given excuse after excuse - public holidays, stock take, 3 to 5 working days, 7 to 10 working days. The latest call had GREGORY advising that it would definitely be delivered today, Thurs 5th Jan. Followed up this morning only to be told maybe this week - hasn't even been invoiced or handed over to courier yet. Not sure if GREGORY is following instructions or is lying, either way, this really is unacceptable. I am at my wits end.</p>
