We have a MTN My MTNChoice 100 Contract.<br> I am under the impression the amount deducted will stay the same and not exceed the contract amount.<br> But the amount flacuates from R382 in November 2014 to R857 for May 2015.<br> When contacting the call center we cannot get someone that speaks Afrikaans that can explain why.<br>

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Kindly note that we can't seem to be picking up anything on both the ID number and cellphone number. Please provide us with an MTN account number in order to assist promptly.
