Device handed in for repairs 18/2/2020 to Rene. 6 weeks after no feedback no response to queries, left several messages for manager Samiega, what a disgrace. No a single call, been to store countless times, Just lies and stinking attitude, even escalated to regional manager Moeneeb Defario, still awaiting response from him. How utterly disgusting is employees of MTN. Still paying contract every month, 5 months to date, no device. MTN after 20 years of loyal support would have expected to be treated with respect and dignity, not arrogance and disregard.
