MTN must transform

I hope you are good because Im not.
On Friday morning I approached your shop in Stanger/Spar centre and I was told in these words as indicated below...
1. Get out
2.I dont need your money

I went to that shop because Im an Mtn customer on prepaid, I wanted to buy a new phone and as a self employed person was willing to pay cash.
I came accross this plus sized Indian girl whom in the first place sized me up and who I took the liberty to greet, I enquired on a handset to buy to my dismay I was handed a booklet and not offered any alternative and if you have cameras you'd view her demeanor pointing a finger on the booklet on what's on offer and with no alternative granted.
At that very moment during our cold sale talking, the phone rings, no excuse whatsover she answers the phone whilst I was talking and the lady that works with her noticed that. After waiting for her to finish, I noticed her body language that my presence was not needed at that moment, I walked out to the shop for about 3 minutes to get something to drink, since I was not satisfied I walked back into the Mtn shop, to my amazement she was assisting two Indian women, she seemed happy as they were talking and laughing.
I approched her co-worker for assistance to she gladly helped and I explained to her that her co-worker was rude and did not assist me accordingly, as this was in close proximity of this plus sized lady, she rudely screamed at me saying that she really didn't care what I thought and felt, I was told my money was not needed and that I should get out, she was so rude and loud that I decided to ask for her and your complaint helpline, she told me she didn't care what I did or my money. It seems she was more comfortable with her nation whom she treated with dignity and respect, I bet if I was an Indian I would have come accross as human enough.
Her name has slipped my mind but my insistence on her to apologize seemed to make her more angry, She said she had nothing to apologize for and not in this polite manner I'm explaining.
I did the manly thing, I kicked myself out of your shop and hopefully if she's there you will never see me step in that shop, I'm contemplating on changing my services with you with my business cellphone banking.
Lastly I went to a Vodacom shop to buy a new handset where I was gladly appreciated.

Please hire a Black person in that shop, someone who respects people for who they are, there should be balance in your company maybe I wouldn't have had such an awful encounter.

Im disgusted, beyond the word

Thamie

This the email I sent to them, somebody apologized but I'm one those customers that don't take things lightly, I will never set my black foot there...
