MTN must fall - Poor MTN customer service delivery

It is day third and my phone is not able to make outgoing calls. I have been to MTN Head office Bloemfontein still no response from them. I've been to MTN Waterfront Bloemfontein they said call was already logged they cant help me. I have tried all the steps that they have given me lik #33*0000# to cancel call baring to no avail. I am not getting any help despite the fact that I am on an unlimited contract. To me this is contact breach, and if this matter is not resolved by 1/03/2024 10:00 I will return my debit order and mtn can consider the fact that cancelled my contract due to their poor service delivery and resolution.
