#MTN MUST FALL! Once Again...PATHETIC!

Really, MTN? We have to engage with you via hellopeter.com? I submitted my insurance claim *** for a damaged phone on 7 April 2016. On 6 May 2016 I raised a complaint via hellopeter.com regarding their lethargic response. On 16 May Nompumelelo (REQ: ***) responded promising some urgency in the handling of the matter. On 19.5.2016 Ram Hand-to-hand couriers collected the phone (Waybill #RW***2) collected the phone. The following day 20.5.2016 the phone was confirmed delivered to MTN for damage assessment. From then, I have called several times including visit MTN Cresta agents but still the damage is yet to be logged in for assessment!

1 - MTN promises the insured a 72-hour turnaround time to address the matter in case of damage, loss or theft;

2 - MTN promised me on 16.5.2016 through Nompumelelo (REQ:***) via hellopeter.com to address the matter urgently;

3 - MTN promises a loan phone but with the confusion in the way they are handling the case does this even happen?

4 - The telephone contract is 24 months but it is more than two months already and no action has been taken on an insurance claim made!?

MTN please, we know you are a dinosaur racing towards your extinction - I wish the Nigerian governement would treble your fine - but, just at least comply with what you state in your contracts. This is absolute abuse of clients. Yes, I am just but one client but, bad business always starts small. The 72-hour turnaround is just some false advertising and, I am now forced to believe, the insurance cover could just be some ****. Please, be honest about it and advise when this case *** will be resolved or rather when will I get a replacement phone. (Please, I do NOT want statements like I was given by one of your agents who said I should not be worried because it is just a damaged phone!)
