MTN must fall

Dear Sir/Madam

i trust this email finds you well.

i have app**** for a new contract phone from MTN around 4 weeks ago.

firstly, i had not received responses from MTN regarding my application, during the 4 weeks.

secondly, i reapp**** after the 4 weeks and like 2 weeks later i received a call. the consultant stated that the contract was approved. she further advised the devices will be delivered to me within 3-5 business days.

it has been 8 days.

i have not received a call, an email, let alone the device or any other form of correspondence from MTN

i called MTN yesterday, another consultant advised i would get an sms before the end of the day advising when the device will be delivered. STILL NOTHING.

this morning i called MTN once again, another consultant advised that my documents are in process and it has not been approved as yet.

IT HAS BEEN 8 DAYS AND EVERYONE AT MTN TELLS ME A DIFFERENT STORY.

honestly, MTN was my go to brand. i would recommend them to everyone.

with this poor and appalling service i would not recommend this network to anyone.

a very distraught and dissatisfied prospective client.
