MTN MUST FALL. Customer is FORCED to take what they offer instead of what i want

I have 3 contracts which was stuffed up royally . To have them cancelled took me 6 months for 1 and to date i am struggling to cancel two migrations which i did not want. MTN owes me money but keeps charging me. I cant get help
