#MTN MUST FALL!
Submitted my claim on 7/4/2016. I was told they would collect the phone and make a determination in 72 hours. I have called several times getting no helpful feedback. I was advised that they will come to collect the phone on 4/5/2016 and spent the whole day waiting for nothing. All this when I meet my side of the bargain religiously! Please, do as you promise. What happened to the 72-hour turnaround time? ***
