MTN MUST FALL
In June 2015 i cancelled the laptop insurance with MTN but to my surprise they didn't cancel in only realised in January 2016.<br> They have been charging me for that. On 28th January 2016 i contact them and they only cancelled the insurance in February 2016. I Have been contacting them and making follow ups for refund but all i hear is the finance department is busy. The MTN Insurance department has a very poor service. Their call centre i hold for more than an hour to speak to a consultant. MTN MUST COME ALRIGHT OR SHUT DOWN THEIR COMPANY

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.
We have now escalated the matter directly to the management team within our Insurance Department and requested them to get the Finance Team to immediately refund the premiums that were debited after you requested the service to be cancelled.
