MTN must close shop

The worst customer service I have ever experienced with MTN outlet simultaneously ... On 2 consecutive weeks..needed to do sim swap ... Mtn at Workshop , Game city mall as well as Musgrave centre bottom floor..their staff is *********** ,rude and illdisciplined...in all three outlets we got turned away ,they we not willing to do a mere sim swap..make matters worse they didn't care
