Ordered a data SIM. Gave the courier the RICA docs. A week later still RICA blocked. Trying to phone for hours. Useless menus on phone system. Keep getting told that the consultant can’t help who then transfers me to a wrong number so I have to start all over again. Shocking service by one of the worst companies in South Africa.
