A few months ago you resolved an issue for me regarding your musgrave store..

They have messed up again in capturing the actual contract as 24 months and not 36 months when resolving the issue months ago..

To put you in the picture I spoke to Beryl this week who keeps advising me that she will call me back..I never get a call back rather I'm calling back on Wednesday she told me she's day off on Thursday but will have someone look at it on Thursday and give me feedback ..Call your store on Thursday no one k owns about it so ask for Beryl to call me on Friday ..Its now Saturday no one has called me ..So I went to your store and beryl is not at work and melanie sent you an email at the store..

Is this service that you find tolerable ?

Let's see if I actually get a call back from you.. Dealing with MTN is a nightmare..

What's so frustrating when I speak to your staff everyone seems to have an attitude as to say that they a doing me a favour..Its simple your staff are ***********.. I never taught that a cellphone contract can create so many issues.. Unfortunately in your case it's the incompetence of your staff ..
