MTN MTN MTN VERY BAD SERVICE

Every month I am having problems/issues retrieving my account information from MTN, the service is totally disgusting and unprofessional, I call every day to 3 to 4 people at the call center, explaining to them what I need. They always sending me the wrong info. I am fed-up on calling every day. The staff at the call center really don't have a clue what is going on, or clueless to what they are doing. They also will also transfer to the next person, and the next person...as so it goes on.
