MTN MTN MTN 😩

Thusang bathong!!! How do i cancel MTN contract , the ones who eventually managed to get them cancelled,how did you do it??? I received an invoice that i just don’t understand and no explanation from “service champions” for a contract that I put in notice for cancellation. The contract was for R400 now i’m invoiced R779.
