Mtn move to pre-paid
After being unable to resolve my mtn coverage query and also receiving no help via hello Peter I decided to terminate my contract with mtn. I was advised to switch to pre-paid in order to be able to keep my number. I was advised it would take 2 - 24 hours. It is now 10 days later - my contract is topped up tomorrow and it is still not terminated. Due to a strike one is also unable to get help on the call centre via. 808 . This is disgusting service and I can't think why anyone would want to take out new contracts with mtn . I logged this call on 15/6 in Pinelands and expected a resolution before now. I am also away and unable to go in to shop.
