Mtn Mountain mill bad service

Mtn Mountain Mill Mall, Worcester, Westen cape is the worst. We had the worst experience with customer service at the branch. My wife signed up for a wireless ZTE package. The internet never connected. They had the router for week at the branch and could not get it to work. Mtn charge us for the bad service even though we did not use it. We still waitaing on a refund, it has been 6 months allready.
