MTN - Mother of Troubled Networks

I recently changed jobs so my salary date changed, I attempted to amend my debit details on the app but there were "issues". I made a manual payment 3 days after my debit date and they shut my service off as well as added a late payment fee. I then queried this and with all my concerns in the email the agent would only reply to one of them. When the new month started and the service was back up, they never loaded my data that comes with the plan. I am tired of this **** service but luckily for MTN every other major network provider has the same problem so its pointless switching. Not sure if its the entire company or just the *********** agents but sometging has to be done.
