MTN: most useless Telco in the country!

I am so incredibly disappointed with MTN South Africa. On 4 August, Summer Mobile (one of their partners) called me to confirm my upgrade. My phone was supposed to be released FROM MTN and delivered to me within 5 to 10 working days. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH! Every time I call Summer Mobile to follow up, they say it's at DSV couriers who say it hasn't even been released by MTN AND NOT ONE PERSON AT MTN CAN HELP ME BECAUSE NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP! I am SO disappointed! Not only have they started charging me for my upgrade, but they can't even assist with helping locate my phone! This is DISMAL service and totally unacceptable! You are *****ING my money considering I DON'T EVEN HAVE MY PHONE! Utterly disgusted by the service, or lack thereof. And to note, the HOURS I have spent on the phone trying to get SOMEONE to help me!!!! Obscene!
