MTN MOST USELESS NON EXISTANT NETWORK

Mtn is the most useless and unhelpfull network... There is absolutely no MTN network in Malvern East. The MTN tower is on the building next door and I was told MTN refuse to replace batteries on the tower. We have 3 MTN numbers which mean absolutely NOTHING... We were forced to get Vodacom Numbers andWifi, the only way to make and receive calls.... I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MTN CONTRACTS... we cant even phone there customer care as no network... Ive reported numerous times on MTN's website but to no avail.... STAY AWAY from MTN as you pay for a non existent service.... It is time that we report this to consumer board and cancel our contracts as this is contracts that are not worth the paper they are written on.... I dare MTN to contact me on *** and try and sort out this matter as I know NOTHING will be done... Most USELESS service provider ever, and I have been with them for 15 years... Time to move on
