MTN Most ************* Network, Horrible Service!!!!

Unprofessional, Terrible, ****** and Bullies. These are synonyms of MTN. I have 2 contracts with MTN. One came to a close end of May 22. I expressed that I will not upgrade the contract. Instead I am canceling this contract. Nothing was done mid-month. I then sent an email to that effect that the invoice is incorrect, I have canceled the other line. Nothing was done. Instead, they expected me to pay for the incorrect invoice. I asked this matter to be escalated. Once escalations came back to me and said they are looking onto the matter as they see the emails that I have sent and will get back to me. No one did. Instead, my line was suspended. I called to ask why my line was suspended and MTN says I need to pay what is outstanding. Which means they want me to pay for an incorrect incoice. The lady hung up on me. This is ****gery. I should only have one line active which I am willing to pay for. They sent an email saying I must pay off the contract then. An amount going to over R5k. My contract as at end of June should be R399per month. Now it's R5k as at 18Jul. How absurd is that??? I have been an MTN subscriber for over 10 years. Loyalty is nothing to them.
