MTN - Most Traumatising Network
My services has been suspended, debit that was due on the 20th not debited, Woodmead branch not willing to assist to resolve this, Woodmead branch dirty and stuffy, been over three weeks with no responds to emails let alone calls.<br> Because of my experience with MTN it makes it the Most Traumatising Network, that's what MTN should stand for. I will continue to discourage people around me and those around them to use or consider using this Most Traumatising Network.

Thank you for your post, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Our records show that your account was on a payment plan and your account is suspended due to your account being in arrears. The debit order request on the 20th for both March and April returned unpaid. The outstanding balance inclusive of May invoice is R1189.80. Payment can also be paid at Absa, Account number *** and you can use your cellphone number as a reference.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
