MTN most terrible business to deal with

<p>MTN share price 1 Apr 2015 R239, today (27 Oct 2016) R114. One would expect that the boss of this business would actually get a wake up call and do something with the pathetic service that his business gives.</p> <p>Here is my latest complaint.</p> <p>My phone is insured with MTN. After 1 month waiting for them to collect my broken phone which they did 2 weeks ago, I stil have not received any feedback. I phonedthe helpline on Monday and after hanging on for 45 minutes I had to put the phone down bacause I could not handle the automated voice anymore. I then decided the send a mail (reference ********** 4) and after 4 days had no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>I used to be a shareholder in MTN and sold my shares last year. I recommend all current shareholders to get rid of this piece of ****.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have no future.</p>
