MTN MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER - REQ***

I have an open ticket with MTN REQ*** - MTN Monthly 5plus5 GB Recurring. Which I never requested. The ticket was opened on the 17th of April 2024. MTN is still billing me for this today 14 May 2024. Is it with the utmost frustartion that I am writing this, I will be charged for the 2nd month in a row and they still unable to resolve my query or show me when and how I requested for this. *** ***
