MTN : MOST PATHETIC
This is know the 4th time that MTN suspend my account for no payment after I paid (I stopped my debit order because they deduct money left right and centre). I have a top up contract with a fix monthly fee. They keep adding fees to my account that is not applicable to my contract, add price increases without any notices. EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO FIGHT TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Never get a contract with them!!!! Only problems
