MTN most *********** and insensitive towards widow

My husband passed away 3 months ago and MTN has made things so difficult and traumatic for me. There is a R12000+ bill that has been accumulated because MTN doesn't want to close the account. They are the most *********** and insensitive company that just blame covid for not pressing a button.
