MTN MOST DISHONEST COMPANY!!!

MTN here we go again... I upgraded my contract after being with MTN for about 6 years. I decided on a galaxy S6 Edge as my new packaged deal. After 3 weeks the phone started having a software problems. I am not a boffin but if the phone keeps on rebooting and froze every time I unlocked it not even to mention that it got so HOT I could not hold the phone in my hand.I i tried to take the phone back to MTN Riversquere Mall where I upgraded. I was advised to rather take the phone to a local where i must pay to repair the phone because it must have been to much effort to do the paper work. Oh and I was advised that my choice of phone was terrible and these phones have several problems. (After I upgraded). Moving on i decided to take my phone to MTN in Vereeniging where they tried to assist me in sending the phone for a warrant of assessment. The phone was checked over thoroughly as the consultant advised me that any scratches or damage would result in denial of the assessment. He assured me all was in order as the phone was only 3 weeks old and i could hardly use the thing. I kept the phone in its box as to preserve it. Today my feedback was that my warrant of assessment was DENIED as to the devise being full of scratches... WHERE DID THIS TAKE PLACE???? The service from the start was so unprofessional and now i have to pay for what??? I can not even phone a complaints department as no one is competent to assist or even provide a valid number where i could be assisted. I am tired of being **** to. This is officially the worst network. I want to cancel my contract I can no longer deal with such a ******* and DISHONEST company!!! I have no devise to use but i must pay it every month!!! Is there anyone competent??? I need to go to another network! I refuse to spend the next 3 years with MTN I still don't have a phone!!!!! No answer NOTHING!!!! It is now time to see if the consumer council is there for us. The CONSUMER.
