MTN most *********** company in SA!!!!!

If there was a -10 star..MTN would most certainly deserve that one! MTN is a totally *********** company. My fiance settled his outstanding amount with MTN more than a month ago. Still up to date we have received no paid up letter and after several calls and emails the bureau has still not been updated which is now impacting his credit score very negatively!! According to MTN we must lodge a dispute..to lodge a dispute we need the paid up letter..which is taking more than a mont for them to send!!

Please STAY AWAY FROM MTN!! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!
