MTN = More Training Needed
Well it is official ...Hope / MTN (Supervisors - who get paid a lot of money for doing jack sht as NOT ONE of them called me) Alice and Johan i would like to thank you for wasting my bladdy time and Money.
After my initial complaint on Hello peter i thought maybe just maybe there is still some "hope" for mtn ....Well after today i have officially made up my mind. i will be moving over to another network as i will not stand for this POOR service and *** excuses as every time i get given a different answer.
My wife is DEAF and if it was not for that fact and an IPHONE (se32g) was all that worked i would have never bothered. So now you leave me with no other choice but to go to another network.
I would however say to the Few people working in your DBN call center who were the ONLY ones to answer the phone ********** 667 every time and i called every day almost for over a month and a half they were doing the best they could with the *** tools they had to help me.
PLEASE CANCEL THAT REQUEST AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!

Kindly be advised that John did contact you and explained to you that they are waiting for the RMA number to do the reorder for the device.
The RMA number was received.
The request has been sent to Johan and the supervisor of MTN Direct to go ahead with the re-order for the replacement device. John will be in contact with you.

12 Jan 2018, 08:13PLEASE DONT WASTE MORE OF MY TIME ...THAT WAS A WHILE BACK AND HE NEVER CALLED ME SINCE I HAD TO AGAIN DO ALL THE CALLING.....IT IS AGAIN ANOTHER EXCUSE. HE SAID THERE WAS A BLACK UNIT ETC.....ONLY FOR ME TO FIND OUT VIA YOUR CALL CENTER THAT THERE IS NO STOCK AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT AS THE SUPPLIERS ARE NOT OPEN AND IT WILL BE ANOTHER WAIT . ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW . I DONT WANT IT CANCEL LIT OR I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH THE CPA AND OMBITS MAN. YOU PEOPLE ARE HOPELESS AND YOUR SERVICE SUCKS. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN SORTED OUT FAR QUICKER BUT YOUR POLICY'S STICK AND YOUR SERVICE DESK AND CALL CENTER AGENTS EXCL DBN ARE A WASTE OF TIME NOT TO MENTION THE SUPERVISORS DO THEY EVEN EXIST!!
