I have been struggling for 2 months to get my earpods. Bucket being passed from 1 SP to another. Can't rate their service cause there is none!

Now all sorts of stupid requests....

I must contact Samsung I must submit screenshot I must hound them for service delivery

MTN South Africa please come get your device and shove your contract!
