MTN Monthly Statements - Not Receiving Since May 2020
@ MTN
Logged several complaints via email & even Called Agents to assist me in getting my monthly MTN Statements emailed to me as it stopped at end of APRIL 2020. Apparently in May 2020 MTN made some system changes & now i am not getting any emails Statements which i need in order to submit for payment via my company.
Pls can MTN call me so with someone who can fix the PROBLEM!!!!

To date no resolution as to why i am not getting monthly Statements/Invoice/ Item billing. MTN did not even have decency to call me to explain problem & when to be fixed. Does MTN expect me to Pay without having Invoice????
Pls dont send me May2020 documents. They of no use !!!!
