MTN monthly packages charged but not loaded

MTN has charged for, but not loaded the monthly packages for May - September 2020. They always sent an sms advising of the packages having been loaded on the 6th of the month, and the last one received was in April Despite many e-mails sent to them, their standard style of reply has not changed whereby they assert that they have loaded each package, but cannot prove it. We have now reached the end of our patience and are now going to report them to the Ombudsman.
