MTN monthly data no loaded and no feedback

I receive my monthly voice and Data package on the 27th of each month - (My records for +- the last 2 years will reflect that)

In November, this was not received- Sent MTN a message on the 27 Nov to querying it and received a stupid, standard response - the person replying did not bother to look at my account or even what my question was. Today 14 Dev, 2 and a half weeks later, still have not received my 20 GB of monthly data, nor have i received feedback except the matter has been escalated-how long can it possible take to determine why my data was not loaded- My bills are paid up to date, but I am NOT receiving what I paid for, yet, if i falter on payment, MTN is quick to suspend my services. I want the fill 20 GB data loaded today, or my next invoice wavered since you could not provide the service!!!! #Time to start looking at a new mobile provider!!!!
