MTN Monthly accounts/invoices

Every month I have to wait more than 7 days to get my monthly invoice from MTN Accounts to be able to claim back from my Company. I have to send emails monthly to hurry them up and it does not get better! My contract activation date is the 11th of every month, today is the 18th and 4 mails later, no invoice yet!
