MTN Month to Month Unlimited data

I've ordered month to month unlimited data with MTN on 31 January the delivery guy came on 5th of February, then I didn't receive my sim because biometrics failed to scan. The SIM have been returned back to them but it seems like i will never get my money back because they keep on ignoring me. I'm sick and tired of begging for my own money...
