MTN month to month router contract

Never take a month to month contract (router) with MTN

We took a month to month contract with MTN, from day 1 we struggled with network and we decided to cancel the contract after 15 days, we contacted customer care to cancel and they told us to go to the store and handover the router which we did. Called them back to cancel but it seems like no1 knows what to do. Poor customer service. We still struggling to cancel this and its been a month. They keep on taking us back and forth. Telling to go to store and the store will tell us to contact customer service. What a poor service
