MTN Month-to-month. No contract. Cancel anytime
So I got myself 60mb Uncapped Home Internet , we relocated from Gauteng to Limpopo and it was working 200% when we got to Limpopo. The next day my Wifi stopped working and I called MTN , they then did the relocation on the system and it was working , 2 hours later it stopped. I then called MTN again , DAY 4 now where i had to call them everyday to unblock me .... Now I try and cancell the Contrack as apparently its not gona work in Limpopo
what a mission , MTN please wake up and assist me so I can move on to someone that can provide me with a working connection

So .. it took me 30 min to apply for this Contrack and all was delivered setup and running within 2 days of the order, now trying to cancel this , and i quote as per the site , cancel anytime , month to month ...
since the 28 of November we have been trying.
Final documentation was signed on the 4 of December and the debit order went of December , as well now due in January.
I have to say I am soooo disappointed in MTN and will never even if they are the only service provider , never ever support them and advise any of my family , business colleges and friends to use MTN
