MTN month to month deal

The worst experience ever my husband and I got their month to month WiFi deal. We even paid two months in advance and we where to to wait 5 to 8 working days to get the router it has been 3 weeks when you try to inquire you are send from piller to post with the person on the other side not really interested in helping you.
