MTN month-to-month data ripoff

After many days and numerous call to various MTN call centres I was told that if I wanted to cancel my MTN month-to-month data contract I needed to return the MTN router to a store. THe store is 40 kms away and not convenient to trek to but I finally made my way there only to be told that the router must be returned in original packaging with a letter, This is absolute nonsense as none of the 10 call centre agents i spoke with told me this nor does the MTN site say so. MTN needs to pick up this router from my address as it was devliered here. MTN will receive the router in good condition so that my contract can get cancelled. THis was meant to be cancelled last month but due to the incompetence of MTN staff I am still struggling with this. I want a refund for last month and this month
