Mtn ********* month to month contract they will not deliver

I missed a payment debit order lte month to month contract on the 4th fair enough my line was suspended on the 14 of November I went to pay and rectify my account just to be told we don't take cash and even if I make a payment my data will only be given back to me by 1st of December NOTHING SAID about payment is due by the 25th On the 28th November I phone the client service department 4times what amount is due and by when is due date specific the consultant gave me before 1st December mtn do not lie your calls are recorded No we're did u inform me payment should be done before the 25th Now u want come with the story that only by the 1st I will have January 2025 I will have my wifi back even though I made payment. U want to take me a grown man and put me in the naughty corner for 2months just because I missed payment that I wanted to pay. I specific told you the day I app**** that I'm a sales man I am porting to mtn to safe money and I need to be online to work You are costing me money You are costing me to lose business
Treating me like ******* because I missed payment
Draining me for payment when u can't deliver
All this hearts hip and drama for missing 1 payment that i wanted to rectify few days later, negativity impacted being unfairly suspended for 2months
How am I supposed to pay if I cant work !!!!!
