MTN month to month contract bucks numerous problems

Mtn is very problematic Have been put through to so many department wifi still off. I've send proof of payment to two consultants WiFi is still off. Why do you send a reference if I'm gonna make payment via EFT but still you cannot allocate the payment it's two months nod without wifi . The Mtn store Vangatemall cannot help. I have a month to month contract with MTN but you guys really suck. One consultant drip my call just so yhe others is still getting back via email. Shamiela January
