Got a month to month contract contacted them online to cancel it, the told me to go to a branch and a kuruman branch refused to assist telling me they requesting documentation that even their customer care can't provide. Do not take the contracts with them as they offer limited data on their uncapped home internet and they running a **** to trap u into not being able to cancel this month to month contract.
