MTN money wasters

Was trying to cancel my data contract for about a Month now. contract ended last year. So just want to cancel. every day i call and spent all most 3 hours just to speak to someone to cancel my contract. When i speak to someone they put me trough to holding time of 45min no answer. The Mtn shops cant help they say you have to call online. This is really becoming irritated how much money i spend just to cancel 1 simple contract.
