MTN: Money Thirsty ************s
Cancelled my contract upon expiry on 2020/06/24. Received confirmation from retentions department on 2020/07/05.
Cancellation date was stated as 2020-08-27. However, money has been withdrawn for two subsequent months.
MTN, what's the story?
