MTN - Money Taking Nonsense!

MTN South Africa (MTN - Money Taking Nonsense!) is only interested in taking people's money. I have been calling for the cancellation of my old contract since I opened a new one. I went to the branch only to be told they cannot cancel since I have to call the retentions department which will make sure you get as frustrated as anyone can be in this world!

THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE about their customers, they probably have too many of them.
