MTN - MONEY TAKING NIMWHITS

I took out a contract for 2x phablets for my children in 2013. On signing the contract at MTN - Greenstone, I SPECIFICALLY requested that the data be capped. Furthermore, the consultant gave me a number that I could utilise in order to check the amount still available as another means to control data usage. Not only was the data NEVER capped, but the number provided was incorrect. After the first month, I was surprised by a huge bill. On querying the charges, the buck was passed endlessly between the dealer and MTN head-office. With no resolution, I undertook to permanently take out the sim cards. In August 2015, I sent off a written request to establish the procedure in order to cancel my contract that was expiring in 12/2015. Again, back and forth with no clarity nor commitment. In November, after still not getting ANY type of feedback, I submitted a written notification to MTN to cancel the contract on expiry. In January, MTN took the monthly installment. Eventually, after numerous conversation with numerous people, I was told that I would receive a refund. Not only have I not received said refund, but MTN have now collected further funds - SHOCKING, DISGUSTING!!!!!
