MTN - Money Taking Narcissists.

About 8 weeks ago I wrote a review about MTN. Nothing has changed. I am a customer of 25 years with MTN. I am due for an upgrade on my contract. One would think it would be easy peasy to do the simple upgrade. I have spoken to several consultants - all very courteous and very well spoken but NOTHING comes from the recorded telephonic contract upgrades. It would appear that there are daily/Weekly/monthly specials and based on which consultant from which company you are speaking to you are offered the current flavour of the month. Every attempt I have made to upgrade my contract is cancelled internally by MTN - not because I have bad credit or anything like that but because they have internal system issues. (this was confirmed by a manager I spoke to on one of my attempts to upgrade my contract.) What that means is that whatever package is offered to me on that day will not be available when next I speak to the next consultant. So I have to fork out more money for a package that was agreed to by MTN just because they have **** systems and processes and no follow through whatsoever. MTN - great at taking your money BUT seriously **** at delivering. Just another bloated, greedy over extended corporate. SHAME ON YOU MTN.
