MTN money *****ing company

In July 2022 I took out a cellphone contract for R579 pm, i was informed that for atleast 3 months i will be paying off the remainder of the amount outstanding in the previous account, however, to date I am still paying over R600 pm and even though i have sent emails enquiries about this i have not had a sensible response. i have also received conformation over the phone and on email that my subscription is supposed to be R579 per month. MTN's representative has provided me with vague and useless responses.
