MTN - Money greedy company

I called MTN to cancel my cellphone contact as I did not want to renew it! I called on 8 April 2022 (*** & ***) which was way in advance. To my shock the debited my account on the 31 May 2022 (and even changed the amount by a few cents maybe in case I cancelled the debt by my bank)!

They numerous consultants which I spoke to ensured me it will be cancelled, move to prepaid and I will not be debited at the end of May 2022. MTN is greedy for money, such bad customer service!

I will NEVER take out an MTN contact again and will NEVER refer anyone to use MTN.

Really disappointed in MTN and all the lying staff that spoke to me.
