MTN & Mondo - worst of the worst

Absolute ******* Service from MTN & Mondo. So, I tried to upgrade one of my 3 contract with MTN via MONDO. They upgrade the wrong number (my internet contract). In turn meaning I cannot use my internet contract. Result is I'm in this vicious cycle of being told every day the reversal of their f- up is still in progress for almost 2 weeks. Then they have the audacity to charge me a early termination fee and reversal charge of over R600 for a mistake they made. Not even MTN themselves can help as they just refer me back to mondo. Quick to charge fees but very reluctant to correct their errors!!! No help is forthcoming which is sad as I'm a loyal MTN customer for MANY years.
